Welcome to Online Book Fair (OBF). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may use the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

All platform content, design, trademarks, and logos are the property of Online Book Fair (OBF) or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. User-generated content remains the property of the respective user; by posting content you grant OBF a licence as described in Section 4.
Our platform integrates third-party services (payment processors, video conferencing, analytics). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party services.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBF AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OBF and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform or its community. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
